This beer is made with our mix strain yeast, its a mix of Wheat beer yeast and american west coast yeast.
giving low abv beer a bigger body.
We have used Centennial and Columbus hops to get a bright grapefruit aroma and flavor with a subtle bitterness.
This is our take on the old west coast APA but with a twist.

33cl can from Systembolaget webbeställning - picked up in Kiruna. Pours clear golden with a white head. Fresh hoppy aroma with mild citrus and other fruity notes, hints of herbs and pale malt. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Quite refreshing and rather enjoyable.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, some sweet malts, mild blackcurrant and some tea leafs. Flavour is floral, some fruity, some malty and mild blackcurrant leaves to it.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy deep golden, rich head. Fruity nose with marmelade and tea. Sweetish with mediu body and clean mouthfeel. Excessive carbonation and diluted Old English marmelade. Resinous bitter finish. Unpolished.
