Non-Alcoholic Jelly King is the culmination of our efforts to make a non-alc beer in Jelly King’s image, and one that can convincingly wear the Jelly King crown. We don’t often toot our own horn, but we’re really happy with the results.
Jelly King translates well to a non-alc version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. We sour the base of both the beer and the non-alc in the same way, and this results in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics brought on by mixed fermentation.

Can thanks to Stuu666.
Appearance - light golden and very clear with a thin wispy head.
Nose - floral and peach, jelly for sure!
Taste - sour grape and peach. Elements of jelly.
Palate - light bodied, dry, lightly tart finish.
Overall - a good style for non-alcoholic.

A little lime. Pours clear golden with decent head. Light tart finish. Empty of flavour but overall not bad for an NA. Can.

Can. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a decent sized, medium white head. Aroma was light tartness, grain. Flavor was a bit on the light side, as expected, but the beer was really nicely hopped, with some very light tartness.

Canned Jan 11, 2024, drunk 3/24/24. Clear, well-carbonated, golden-blonde with some brass. Large, white head, slowly recedes to cover. Nose is peach-pear. Very delicate and lovely. Sure, there's some wort suggestions in there, but they seem to disappear, or the palate/nose accustoms pretty quickly. Not super hoppy, but this is 2.5 months old, so I'll give it a pass on that. Mostly, though, it's clean, which is great. In the mouth there's a lovely pear-like character with light hopping and good bitterness and not-overbearing tartness. Importantly, there is body here, albeit a lighter one. But it's clean, balanced and enjoyable, with no overt wortiness.

473ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Aroma of bready wheat malt, funky yeast, lemon and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, pineapple, peach, lemon, funky yeast and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, crushable and pretty tasty for a NA beer.

Can, from the Drive Canteen. The appearance is somewhat dull, pale, with a thin head. I wouldn't say it looks great. The aroma has worty underpinnings, but also stone fruit dry hop. There's moderate tartness, minor bitterness, honeyish malts, and pear-like hop note. Definitely in the vein of Jelly King.

Light, sour, a bit tart. Fruity with citrus, soft, pretty tasty actually. Sort of exactly like a nice citrus sour but with no alcohol. Well done.
