The first of our Ammonoosuc Room Series. A two-year aged spontaneously fermented beer blended with young saison. Combines the bright acidity of the spontaneous beer with the funky earthiness of the young saison. Peach, lemon, and barnyard. Light on the tongue with spritzy carbonation.
