An IPA named after our approach to making beer! Don't Hold Back features a hop combination of Mosaic and Citra, so expect plenty of mango, grapefruit and pine notes. It's brewed in our favourite fashion, with saturated fruity flavours and aromas, a soft body and a resinous bitterness that freshens up the palate.

[44cl can from Beer52.] A cloudy amber pour with a tight white head; aroma of mango and grapefruit; big grapefruit taste with a slightly lactic body; then a pithy citrus finish. A very drinkable NEIPA.

Tropical fruity, slightly citrusy and minimally piney, hoppy aroma, hints of pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, mango, some melon, minimally bready, pale malty background, perfumed fruity overtones. Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, slightly dark. Short and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Smooth malts mostly get out the way. A vaguely West Coast hop presentation with crisp pine and crisp citrus peel that delivers a light but refreshing bitterness. Brighter citrus on the back end along with a touch of tropical fruits and tiny splodge of candy fruits. Nice job. Clean, hoppy and drinkable.

Pale yellow colour with quick fading wispy head. It has an abundance of orange oils, zest and juice. Refreshing and has a nice bitterness.
