Process: A blend of 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Morello cherries grown in Kent, and Juneberries grown in Worcestershire.
Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned until release.

Pours a nice red colour and a pinkish head. Aroma's: sour, poop, almond/cherry stone. Retronasal it's sour, poop, bitter. Flavour is sour with some leather. Light bodied. Not to my liking.

Keg @ Thirsty, Cambridge. Hazed purple / dark red appearance, white topping. Aroma brings some assorted hedgerow berries, cherries. Gently prickly mixed ferm palate, coarse sour edge, pleasant fruity blend. Have had sharper and fruitier from Crossover, but generally decent.
