The brewers added real cookies to the brew, along with a hefty dose of chocolate and plenty of vanilla. Plus, they aged this brew in a mix of Henry McKenna bourbon and BLiS Maple Syrup Barrels and wrapped it up with a ribbon of lactose for a super-creamy finish.

Bottled 473ml. -Vintage 2022. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, chocolate and light bourbon in the nose. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, noticable bourbon, vanilla and some alcohol with rather sweet finish.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just about clear deep brown beer, small bubbly tan head, doesn't last long. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation, good for this style. Rich dark chocolate malts, a very mild savoury vibe. Good rich ripe fruity bourbon, strong but rounded. Soft maple on the creamy dark chocolate finish. Rich but so easy to drink.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloin. Pours black-brown with a creamy, tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour with well toasted malts, cocoa, raisins, burnt toffee. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish. Tasty overall.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Colin for this one. A clear brown black coloured pour with a halo of mid tan head, aroma is semi sweet, sticky brown sugars, bourbon, orange rind, terries, boozy,, chocolate orange. Flavour is composed of dark bitter chocolate, orange rind, boozy, bourbon barrel. Palate is semi sweet, oily, moderate carbonation, bitter finish.
