Two of the worlds best IPA breweries, The Veil and Monkish, are back at Mash this year and we are delighted to do a three way collab with them. This was never going to be anything other than a ridiculously heavily hopped monster and that is exactly what this DIPA is. Dosed at three stages with Mosaic Spectrum, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic T90, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin this DIPA is all things passion fruit, mango skin, pink grapefruit, jolly rancher, Sauv Blanc and pine. A thick liquid with a soft mouthfeel carries this absolute hop blitzkreig onto your tastebuds and will have you surrendering to the green.

10/02/2024 Palace Hall Malmö Feb 2024 tasting - pink grapefruit and melon coming through, some more citrus pomelo and juicy satsuma splashing in, light sweetish creamy malty backing, bitter edged hoppy finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild toffee and some slight white head. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary and some mild toffee and a bit oaty tones. Mild alcohol sweetness also.

ABV: 9.0%. Murky - muddy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, sulfur - fuel, gooseberry - grapes, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, dank, fruity hops, gooseberry - grapes, fruity hops - peach, wheat - minerals, easy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240207]
