Two of the worlds best IPA breweries, The Veil and Monkish, are back at Mash this year and we are delighted to do a three way collab with them. This was never going to be anything other than a ridiculously heavily hopped monster and that is exactly what this DIPA is. Dosed at three stages with Mosaic Spectrum, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic T90, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin this DIPA is all things passion fruit, mango skin, pink grapefruit, jolly rancher, Sauv Blanc and pine. A thick liquid with a soft mouthfeel carries this absolute hop blitzkreig onto your tastebuds and will have you surrendering to the green.

Burk i hemmet. Här har vi tunga lätt övermogna tropiska grejer 🍈 i massor. Inga konstiga felsmaker utan balanserad fet tropisk Dipa. Felsmaker vanliga i moderna Dipa är. Laktossmak, vetemjöl, vitpeppar som gör munnen torr och alla andra smaker försvinner. Bitsocker , och i värsta fall lite kemilåda.

Can from Tidens Farver @ Home. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, flowers, tropical fruit, mango, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, little malt, rich fruity hops, juicy tropical fruit, mango, ripe peach, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish, light hop burn. 300124

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of ripe mango, papaya, pineapple. Taste of sweet ripe tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, papaya, some dank and vinous notes, peach, some bitter piney grapefruity hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Solid DIPA.

Keg at Beer & Burger, Willesden Green, London. A hazy golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, mango, peach, apricot, tropical fruit aroma & taste. Thick and creamy DIPA from Spain. This a quality drop indeed.

Panda, big thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Mouthfeel is somewhat thin but there is good fine minerally carbonation making it feel lively. Unsurprisingly the malts feel thin, but enough thin creamy sweetness stop this from being hop soda. Light pine, persistent light hop spice and a nice smorgasbord of mild savoury hop skunk, smooth pine. Slightly ripe citrus with a decent backup of ripeish tropical fruits. Apart from the mouthfeel, this is ticking a lot of my boxes.
