Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is floral, pepper, funk, oak, straw, apple skin. Slick body, funky, earth, citrus, oak, nice tartness, very nice.

Bottles upon bottles upon bottles of consuming. Always pours beautiful blonde golden with a frothy white head. Amazing elderflower on the aroma. Unlike most elderflower beers, honestly. Sweet, but still light. Citrus, light funk, orange, elderflower juice. Reminds me of being a kid in Denmark! Oh the memories this beer creates for probably most scandinavians, me included. White pepper for everyone else, of course.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, elderflowers, barnyard, wheat, leather, funk, lemony, citric, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
