Ein IPA. Aber mild und saftig. Kaltgehopft mit den drei feinen Hopfen Mosaic, Citra und Sabro entstehen herrliche tropisch-fruchtige Geruchsnoten und erinnern an einen saftigen Früchtebouquet. Ergänzend bietet unser VALAISANNE Juicy IPA einen samtig milden Geschmack und eine angenehme Bittere, welche im Abgang harmonisch ausklingt.

Fast gone white head; fully hazy pale orangey yellow beer. Spicy, Asian herbs, dirty water. Again herbs, pasta cooking water, salicylic acid, lending indeed a point of acidity. I wonder if spoilt grains would taste similar. Light to medium bodied if very hopoil slick. Not overly IPA-character, certainly not in aromas. Txs to Joren and friends!

18.03.2024 - 0.33l bottle from coop. pours a murky pale orange with a medium head. aroma of tropical fruits, apricot, perfume. flavour of spruce, tropical fruits, mineral water. not too sweet, medium bitter finish. nice

Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of juicy hops, citrus, apricot. Taste of juicy hops, tropical fruits, mango, citrus fruits. Moderate to long bitter finish.

hazy grey-ish yellow colour, medium sized dense off-white head; aroma of grape, boiled vegetables (carrot and kohrabi), some apple peel and pear; taste of medical-quinine-like bitterness and similar notes to the aroma; not really IPA like, but not that bad
