(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190115) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had caramel, berries and candy sugar. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, candy sugar, berries, lightly tartness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had berries, tartness and bitterness. A rather weird brew. Not awful though.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Slightly hazy, dark reddish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, cinnamon, raisins, cloves and prunes. Quite sweet, malty, moderately yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of raisins, caramel, prunes and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
