Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, nutty brown with a small, rough, off-white head. Nose of dark, dried fruits, Belgian yeast and greasy, British hops. Medium body, very Belgian and estery with a super dry fruitiness and evn a sligtly tart edge. Bitter finish. 260525

Keg at Horse and Hound, Linköping. Appletizer aroma. Mahogany look. Flat. Cherry ending. Extremely watery for the style..but it grew on me!

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Sep 2024) Reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, figs, cinnamon and spices. Fruity, malty taste with caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, tasty and well balanced dubbel. Very nice.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is some slight sweet malty tones with mild spices and some alcohol tones. Flavour is spices, some plum, figs and mild chocolaty and toasted tones with some bananas and mild alcohol sweetness. Nice Dubbel.

Flaska från SB. Mahognyfärgad klar vätska med lågt skum. Söt och pepprig. Marsipan, brunt socker, banan, billig cognac och en hel del vitpeppar i eftersmaken. Saknar djup och lite kartong lurar i bakgrunden. Ok

ABV: 7.4%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, Belgian yeast, fruity yeast, sweey yeast, candy, marzipan - banana yeast, date - apricot marmalade. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. fruity yeast, Belgian yeast, sweet yeast, candy, sweet malt, caramel, cold BBQ banana - cheap marzipan, marzipan - banana yeast, date - apricot marmalade. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240319]
