Notater fra 7 Fjells særdeles hyggelige juleølfestival nov-23, hvor alle øl ble servert fra fat: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Dessertkaffe, mørke vaniljesjokolader, muscovado, nytraktet kakao, hint av bourbon og vanilje og litt lakris. Superb balanse med farlig mersmak. Denne var min første, men så god at jeg like godt avsluttet kvelden med en ny dose.

A decent pastry. Not to much diabetes Complete black stuff and a thin beige head Good intensity in the aroma Yes it is off course sweet. But not in the diabetes category Dark malt, chocolate, vanilla, fruity, candy sugar and oak in the flavor [On tap at Brygg in Oslo, Norway]
