Draught @ Erlings. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, farmhouse, barn, tart fruit, plum. Flavor is sweet, lightly sour, malt, yeast, barnyard, tart fruity, plum. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 310819

Tap @ Erlings Jazz- & Ølbar. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are stable, barnyard, lactose acid, malt and hops. Nice and sour finish.

Tap at TCBW. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Tart fruity, white wineous aroma. Light-bodied. Quite tart, wineous, white plums. Crisp.

KØLF 210918. Pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma is yeast, funk. Flavor is plums, yeast, funk, fruit, lemon, oranges, grapefruit. Nice one.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, peach, vinous and hint of wood. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long slightly dry, tart, vinous and peach finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Hazy orange with small white head. Citrus, quite sour, vinous, marzipan in aroma, berries, soft texture. Low carbonation. Medium bodied. Nice one.
