No head; still, opaque cherry-red beer. Very aromatic, toilet perfumes, sharp cherry notes, ginger, galanga root. Again soapy rootspices, but not as unsettling as in the nose. Ginger, vermouth rosso wine, grapeskins. Oh, and some cherries. Light acidthinning & -burn; bit oily feel. Strange I find that it's obviously pure fruit maceration, yet there are quite seriously spicy flavours.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Deep red color, small white head. smells parfumy, berry notes, rose wine, berry joghurt. Lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes Rose wine, marzipan, berry notes, berry joghurt, bit grassy, subtle minerals. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berry joghurt, rose wine and minerals. Lovely, lovely balance, very grape forward
