Rust and lemon, some florals. Bread yeast, banana. Like a hopweizen, randomly. Dark copper pour without much head. Rooty kind of finish. Bottle.

330 ml bottle. Pours unclear amber with a fluffy head. Roasted breadcrumbs, caramel, toffee, resin, grapefruit zest, bitter hops, roasted nuts. Hoppy bitterness, malty caramel sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, hoppy zesty malty bittersweet finish. Indeed, this is a very unique IPA, very roasty and malty with a good amount of hop bitterness you would expect from an IPA. Bonus point for bread used in the brewing process.

Taste: bitter start, a bit malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, bitter hops, some citrus notes. Aftertaste: malty, some tropical fruits, juicy, very bitter, a bit grassy, resinous touch, ok.

33cl bottle from the brewery shop in Brussels as my beer #200 from this brewery. F: medium, tan, quick gone. C: coppery, bit hazy. A: malty, citrus, orange, caramel, tropical fruits, toast. T: medium malty base, orange, tropical fruits, bready, bit toast, nice balanced long lasting bitterness, soft carbonation, good one, enjoyed.
