CBH2025. Deep red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is tart, some funky and mildly acidic with some raspberries and mild wooden tones. Flavour is quite similar, but also has a slightly spicy edge to it. Not really sour, more a blend of tart and slightly acidic.

Clear red colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have farmhouse notes of hay and funk. Flavour of super tart raspberries. Tangy and mouthwatering.

Sample @ RedDot winebar. Unclear, pinkish red body under a pale pink head. Pleasant raspberry aroma that actually smells like the berries and not concentrated juice from raspberries. Some mild funk and hint of woos as well. The raspberries dominate the taste as well, distinct and authentic, funk and lemon in the background with almonds. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste.

Bottle, 75cl wine cork. A hazy deep red beer with a small white head. The aroma has lots of fresh raspberry, with funky notes of lemon, barnyard, leather and a hint of alcohol. It's full bodied, tart and lemony, with a good carbonation. Lots of raspberry in the flavor too, along with a good funk. Lasting acidic finish with a delicious raspberry flavor and some funk. A really, really good raspberry beer. 241107

750mL bottle. Pours deep ruby with small pinkish head. Aroma is packed full of redcurrants and raspberries, dry grass and musty hay. Flavour is very sour and juicy, lots of redcurrant and raspberry, dry grass, tart acidity. Very clear expression of the fruit notes.

750ml (thx, Phill!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy copper purple with a rose head. Vintage 2022. Aroma: some funk, a lot of fruit, raspberries, some cherries, very light on the red currants. Taste: quite fruity, but it's really acidic, no funk detected of the sourness. Overall: not sure what made it so sour, maybe it should be like that, maybe red currants, maybe aging raspberries was not a great idea, or all of these factors together.

Nice deep red colour, just a thin head, some haze. Big raspberry aroma, quite bright. Quite tart, a bit bracing. Still a pretty nice fruit character. A touch leathery, tannic, but mostly just straight up acidic with a balanced fruit character.

2022 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a hazy rose red with a small pink-tinged head. Aroma is full of fresh raspberries, a touch of currant, some funk, and ever-so-slight phenolic character. Flavour is very deep on the raspberries, with plenty of acidic currants, gentle funk, and oak. Deep fruitiness, though a bit too acidic. Very nice stuff.
