Flaska från Beergium. Funk, pigg syra. Kanske inte så mycket rabarber som märks men fin funkig lambic. Pigg fräsch syra med citron, brett och syrliga äpplen. Mycket gott

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Barnyard, manure, fruity, citric, sour, juicy, light bitterish hint. Really great and refreshing.

Little cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of rhubarb, very in your face! Very intense, lovely, fresh cut rhubarb. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, gentle acidity, lots and lots of fresh rhubarb, a bitter touch, a little herbal. Aftertaste: dry, lots of rhubarb, clean acidity, very nice!
