Pale yellow colour with thin head. Aroma has a little bit of shitty, farmy, manure, but is also fruity. Taste is really tangy and sour from the gooseberry. Intense!

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, little stable. Aroma: a little dirty, earthy, floral notes, almost soapy, some elder-flower. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a little bitter up front, more of those floral notes, elder-flower, nice acidity, a bit earthy, a little funky, dirty touch, nice stuff! Aftertaste: dry, fruity, a bit cheesy, peppery notes, herbal, very floral, a little soapy, nice & fruity, acidic, peppery, lovely stuff, I really like it!
