tons of cobwebs, lemon, barnyard and hay. Super amazing nose. Tart, peach, oak, lemon and barnyard. A bit fruitier than normal for the style but amazing balance. Super excellent.

Thanks TimE for sharing! Taster showing pale gold with sparse white foam.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of sharp pineapple.
The palate is lightly carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart with forward notes of apricot and stone fruit.

Has a woody and bretty aroma. Really nice brett on the palate, with a fairly sharp finish, and lots of stone fruit.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a mediun white head. Aroma is full of bugs, rustic saison yeast, and oak. Flavour is full of wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of tartness. Nice buggy and tart character but not the most complex or refined. Good.
