We took the best bits from all the recipes so far in the series for this recipe. We looked at what hops we've used each time and in what combinations. And then we took a methodical approach to building the recipe with some base notes from sabro and columbus hops, some mid notes from idaho 7 and HBC630, and top notes from talus and cascade. Like the very successful Trop Out, this beer also ferments on hops to get more tropical flavors from biotransformation.

[ As To Øl #13 DIPA ].
ABV: 9.0%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit, muddy hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, muddy hops, fruity hops, tropical fruit, wheat. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240205]

Burk i hemmet utan jämförelseDipa. Nu över 2100 Dipor testade . Här har vi mye av tunga tropiska grejer 🥭 . Här finns lite passions syrlighet också. Medelhög sötma och helt ok kolsyrad. Efter en stund känner jag svag men fin malt smak. Ja en mycket välbalanserad och god Nya Ängland Dipa. Bra jobbat

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 15/12/2023 Intense juicy fruity action, lots of over ripe mango and peach, papaya, the hbc630 delivering a medley of sweet shop sweets, pineapple cubes, midget gems and skittles, set upon a creamy dense sweet malty backbone, solid hoppy finish. Lovely, great series.
