Delicate, lambic, hints of orange. Second sip some whisky hints but they’re not sharp, they’re subtle too. Very unique. And very delicious.

Bottle at Cantillon, Monday 18th November 24. Pours a light straw yellow orange. Atoma is musty, carremelised oranges, liquor. Taste is tart, oranges in caramel, tart fruits, pith and boozey woody whiskey, musty, tart, complex and layered. Lovely

Bottle at the loon factory. Misted orange gold. Slim firm ring of white. Vanilla vibes off the whisky barrel. Bright fresh orange peel. Light Anderlecht funk. Taste has light sweetness with clean mineraly orange rind bitterness. Pops on the palate. Lively foamy carbonation. Drying finish with plenty of the vanilla and orange. Honestly smashable.

Bottle, 750 ml, at the brewery. Cloudy golden with white head. Intensive orange, citrus, juicy, tad bitter, nice sourness, some whiskey. Very nice. Fantastic aroma.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong orange peel, bourbon, wood, funk. Slick body, citrus, bitters, bourbon, light funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright orange amber with a large white head. Aroma is full of orange peel, floral notes (almost lemon cleaner), gentle oak barrels, and a touch of funk. Flavour is certainly unusual, with plenty of orange peel, lemon, a little soap, no notice of the whiskey, and a hint of funk. Too much lemon cleaner — reminds of Zwanze 2021 (Parasol). It's alright but not at all what I want in a lambic.

Hapu, apelsin, puuviljane, nisune, õrn atsetoon (saan tihti seda apelsini õlledest). Võrdlemisi happeline, alkone. Ok.

0,07l taster from 0,75l bottle at Moeder Lambic Original tasting. Vintage . Orange cloudy color, small white head. Smells bitter oranges, earthy, grassy, very fragrent. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes bitter oranges, oak, esters, spices. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of bitter oranges, eaters and oak notes. Very nice one, a bit reminescent of the antidoot bitter orange beers. Overall very nice one
