Draft sample at SOPP 2017 in Helsinki. Dark brown color tan head. Coffee grounds aroma. Taste is sweet cafe au lait.

Tap at SOPP 2017, Helsinki. Color is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, some lactose and roasted malts. Light coffee stout.

Smell of coffee, licorice. Deep dark brown colour, high light-brown head. Aroma of coffee, milk, tar. Surprisingly light body. Sweet with a faint bitterness. Soft carbon.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 23.09.2017, from Alko, 20170519) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had coffee, sweetness and burnt malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee beans, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. The aroma was nice but the taste had some weird off-flavour I wasn’t able to identify.

A colablack beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has coffee, sweetness of lactose, hint of liquirice. Taste has roastiness of coffee, balanced lactose. Almost medium bodied, low carbonation. Balanced coffee.

Bottled 500ml (from brewery)
Dark opaque color, nice creamy beige head. Aroma has toasted malts and cold coffee and is a bit milky. Light to medium-bodied. Toasted malts, cold coffee, licorice and some notes of vanilla and lactose. Sweetish aftertaste. No hops. A bit too sweet for my liking.

@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2017. More or less black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is coffee, some creamy and milky notes along with mild roast and some toffee as well. Flavour is coffee, some roasted notes, mild toffee and quite a nice full palate. Really nice, and actually feels a bit stronger than it is.
