The base of a saison with a rustic touch given by Emmer Wheat. A quick pass in Chardonnay barrels gives it a bit of wildness. At the end of the 3 months aging in barrels we add peach pulp. Sweet flavors of the fruit invade the nose, while taste is fresh, slightly sour and refreshing. Tantalizing.

Clear pale yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly to a small stable layer of white foam, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, wild, fruity, lots of peaches, a bit of vinegar, nice. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice, good acidity, pretty fruity, sour peaches, brett, a hint of vinegar, decent. Aftertaste: more acidic, citric, fruity, pretty dry, some peach flavoured candy, some vinegar in the finish.

33cl bottle from Biiru.ee. Pours clear golden with some floaties in the end. Short lived white head. Fruity and slightly funky with notes of peaches and citrus. Moderate sweet with fruity flavours and nice acidity. Refreshing and quite enjoyable.

Keg @ Riga Pours Festival 2019. Poured almost clear golden in color. Peaches all over, sourness, mild funk and floral notes. Good drinkability for this one, sourness and peaches. Like it.

Draught @ Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fa, Rome. Pours clear golfen with airy white head. Clear, vinous aroma with estery notes and hoppy touches. Dry, vinous flavour with peachy notes and touches of malt and hops. Dry and bitterish flavour with hints of peach. Nice.

Draft @ Be.Re, Roma. Dorée claire léger paille, col blanc fin. Bouquet bien fruité, rendant bien la pêche avec un effet naturel, malté avec une petite note de barrique et fruité blanc arrivant en rétro. Palais est doux avec une pêche bien dominante, malt pils et léger pâle, reste assez léger. Le présence de barrique reste minimaliste et la pêche est bien ressentie. Effet citrique de Chardonnay et barrique, est modeste, surtout après le verre de Brewfist False Flat.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 30.12.27, at Koht, 20171026) The beer poured yellow and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sweetness, coriander and vanilla. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, vanilla, sweetness, malts, tartness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A bit weird but still nice brew.
