The first lager we have ever brewed, 03|07 is a traditional Baltic Porter- brewed with lager yeast and conditioned cold. Expect subtle roast flavours alongside plums, raisons and gentle alcohol warming with a dry finish and strong carbonation.

Tap at TCBW2018. Pours dark brow. Aroma is roast, malt, sweetness, licorice. Flavor is sweet and bitter, massive licorice, roast, malt. Finish is licorice and roast. Alcohol is reasonably covered. Overall: ok.

Tap at TCBW. Dark ruby colour, good beige head. Toasted, even a bit licorice nose. Medium-bodied. Toasted, a bit chocolaty, hoppy flavour. Fruity Baltic Porter.

From tap. Pours pitch black, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malty, nreadish. Dark malty and chocolate. Thick malty. Chocolate. Bitter and roasted dark malty finish.

Bottle from Park Fever, Hither Green. Nose of chocolate raisin, coffee,sliced fruit, overripe banana. Flavours of chocolate chip cookies, coffee, cola, cocoa and lots of other things beginning with C. Roasty light bitter finish. Very good.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; coca cola brown pour with a creamy tan head, aroma has dark fruit and coffee, taste has bitter chocolate, dark fruits, coffee hints.

On tap @ Taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Black with a tan head. Roasted malts aroma with some earthen tones. Earthen sweetness in the taste as well, possibly because of the used lager yeast. As this was the last beer of the evening I do not recall exact details other then the fact I really liked it. Very smooth.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Clear dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, bread and caramel. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, coffee, bread, sweet, dark fruit, lacto?, warming, liquorice, bitter and notes of alcohol.
