We are moving in the shadows, crossing the borders between Denmark and Sweden like two ninjas in the night. In secrecy we plan to conquer land and tastebuds. Icy fingers grip my arm in the darkness. Our hair stands on end, a shiver runs down our spines and there's a lump in our throats. It is time. A new recipe is made. A craft Pilsner has seen the light of day.

Draught@Taptap, Tallinn. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and some herbal notes. Flavour is herbal, fruity, floral notes with some earthy tones too.

33cl bottle. A almost clear pale yellow colour, mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of pineapple, soft grainy malt, grassy hops. taste of grassy dry bitter hops, pale malt, pineapple, moderate dry bitter finish. Good!

Tap@Dispensary, Copenhagen (10/05/2018) - pours gold with a white head. Sweet fruity and pale bready malty, some straw, hay,citrus fruity notes, medium to light body, light hoppy into the finish.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 5%. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hop, straw and grass. Flavoru is malt, grainy, hop, grass, straw, mint, little sweet, little dry and a little bitter.

A hazy, light yellow beer, a head is quite small and white. Aroma has grain, some vegetables, hint of citrus. Taste has grain, some fruitness of citrus and vegetables, mild bitterness. Medium bodied. Some vegetables there, not much but enough to annoy.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a lacing, white head. Delicious, floral aroma. Medium body, very dry floral accents, and a solid late hop bite. Very clean. Not sure why it's listed as a Helles, it's way too dry for that. 050618
