Poured from can thanks Chris DeMont light golden with a thin white head. Aromas of dank hops light citrus and grain. Taste is light citrus pith hops and nice balanced finish.

16 oz. can from Spruce Creek Provisions. Appearance shows a bright yellow with head and lacing. Aroma is pale grain, light citrus, light earthy hops. Flavor shows citrus rind, oranges, grapefruit, and pine. Texture is dry. Body is medium. Bitterness is assertive for an APA.

Sample at the taproom. Hazy bright yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tangerine, grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tropical fruit, grassy hops and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Pours a slightly hazy, lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is very bitter, almost too much so. Lots of pine and spice, some citrus. Could use a bit of balancing.

Can Pours murky yellow, medium white head, great lacing. Aroma is tropical, dank and juicy. Flavor follow, light sweet, light Bitter, juicy. Melissa body

Keg at Salvage BBQ - Portland, ME. Pours murky yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds pithy citrus rind. Light sweet flavour, with bitter lemon rind, flinty minerality, dried biscuits. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, moderately dry, more pith. Not bad.

Moderate haze, though no cloudiness or soup here. White head atop is large and shows strong retention.
Leafy, vegetal, heavily foresty/woodsy notes in the nose divulge light grapefruit, honey, caramel and orange rind on the finish. Some spicy notes as well, with no alcohol or flaw.
More bitter than expected in the mouth, with grapefruit slowly giving way to biscuity, rather grainy malts. Fortunately the tight carbonation and delicate/dainty honey-like sweetness on the finish keeps it enjoyably textured and drinkable. The bartender at Bissell described their beers as soft and subdued on the end while describing Bissell as more aggressive. Can’t say I agree. This wasn’t messy or anything but was rather dry and very bitter, relative to a lot of the IPAs/pale ales in this "style". Still quite nice, with a woodsy/dank character that seems quite unique.

Tap at Austin Street Brewery, Portland. Originally rated 20160220. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, hops and malts. Very nice citrusy and superfruity pale ale.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #91. Keg at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, tropical, floral hops. The taste is tropical fruit, dry citrus, pale malt. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness.
