Same dog new collar! For this variant we used Galaxy and Citra in the dry hop. Galaxy Scrugsy features kiwi, pineapple, peach, mango, and sweet tarts in the aroma. The first sip brings a crisp mineraly slightly drying sensation that is backed up by hefty amounts of @blueoxmalthouse wheat and oats, followed by a cornucopia of tropical flavors, stone fruit, and peach rings.

Draught at Canary Square, 9/1/21.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, pale gold-orange juice with a small, white head that fades quickly to ring.
Big bubble gum in the nose alongside light dough, honey and a bit of pine and light passion fruit. Somewhat light on the Galaxy, or, again, maybe this year's harvest is just far less interesting than in most years. Whatever the case, to me it feels like it's missing the explosive tropical fruit, guava, lime and complex wine notes. The citra picks up some slack, but only contributes its usual orange juice character. No booze or flaw, but heavy handed on the bubble gum character.
In the mouth it's sweet, soft, juicy and creamy with low carbonation and low bitterness. Pretty by-the-books NEIPA with loads of mango-papaya, orange juice and bubble gum.
