During the specialist process the cider apple juice becomes intensified, sweeter and richer. The powerful warmth and rich complexity match perfectly the floral bouquet and sweet apple finish.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer &WF, first weekend, 2016.Clear oak color. Sweet, apple, tart, apple skin, slight sulfidic scent. Sweet, tart, apple taste. Tart apple skin aftertaste. Medium to medium thin, tart mouthfeel. Tart vinous finish. Warming alcohol.
