Keg at the Merchant, Canary Wharf, 17/01/19. Copper pour with a reddish glint topped with a light beige head. Nose is straw, light cherry pips, stoned berry fruits, haybale. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, tangy cherry notes, grass, raspberry pips, dusty berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering effect. Ok simple sour.

33cl bottle. Sir Eino, Vantaa. The beer pours dark red in color. Raspberries, sourness, vanilla notes in aroma. Flavor has sourness, raspberries, sweet/sour notes. Balanced. Tasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, reddish amber with a dissipating, fizzy off-white head. Distinct raspberry aroma, tart raspberries. Medium body, very nice and fruity with the raspberies coming through great. Body is dry without any real maltiness, just a vehicle for the fruit. Ends dry with a vague, tart hint. Nice one. 201118

Color rubí, ligeramente turbia con espuma blanca de duración escasa. Aroma con notas a frutos rojos, principalmente fresas y frambuesas, ligeras notas mantecosas. Sabor ligeramente ácido, moderadamente frutal con el mismo predominio de frambuesas. Final ligeramente amargo, con sensación de sequedad en el paladar.

33cl bottle from Alko, Turku. Slightly hazy brownish red with a minimal head. Fruity aroma dominated by fairly sweet raspberry juice aroma with mild malty notes and syrup. Sweet and almost candy-like raspberry aroma with acidic notes. Fair enough.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, reddish brown colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, osteoporosing, off-white head. Fruity and slightly funky, yeasty spicy aroma, earthy notes of raspberry, a touch of rotting raspberries, raspberry vinegar, marmite overtones. Taste is tart, fruity, slightly tangy, minimally funky, earthy notes of raspberry, a fruit acidic touch, subtle sweetness, a yeasty spicy touch of marmite; soft and minimally sticky palate with alleviating, lively but fine carbonation.

Bottle 0.33l. Slightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- raspberry, caramel, honey. FLAVOR- lightly sour, not dry, raspberry, black and red currant, candies. Medium bodied.
