A spiced sour brewed with cranberries, hibiscus, honey, toasted cinnamon, and cloves.

Taste: Like exploring a market in the dead of winter, your taste buds dart down avenue after avenue - toasted cinnamon alley first, sweet rich cranberry sauce next, all guided by balanced acidity. Floral notes from hibiscus leave a lingering touch before juicy cinnamon and cloves come back again.

A 500ml crowler. Reddish amber. Cinnamon on nose. Well soured, medicinal. I've been down on cinnamon in beer, but this one works.

Bottle at a Beermalade Covid Tasting no 11. Intensely spicy, overall presenting a sour cola character. The listed special spices are all present. Med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Moderate sourness, slightly tart too. Very intensely herbal. Good but not great.
