Hibiscus Haole

A showy beer which pours a brilliant garnet red with a short lived pinkish head. The aroma is easy with light notes of spring flowers, pear, and pepper. The flavor follows the aroma with additional layers of flowery geranium and rose, low spicy notes of pink pepper, and a modest acidity derived from the hibiscus flowers used in this beer. The body is medium low, affording this drink a high drinkability! Pairs perfectly with bold flavors and is very refreshing.
