Brewed for CollabFest 2018 with BrewDog Merchant City
Dead on the Vine - 6% White grape and peach wit brewed using a blend of malted and unmalted wheat and barley, coriander, kaffir lime leaves and hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Fermented with a super characterful Belgian yeast strain originally from Scotland. Aged on Sicilian white grape juice (Catarratto and Ansonica grape varieties) and peach puree. All real fruit with no concentrate or essence used.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Tap at brewdog. Pours hazy yellow with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, citrjs, wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, lacto, citrus, orange, wheat, lime. Body is watery. Overall: ok.
