Aus der Flasche (bbe 08.2020) im 2019-11 getrunken. Wenn die Belgier von Alvinne mitbrauen so ist es keine Überraschung wenn es im Glas sauer wird - ein saures Stout halt. Und genau das ist es - ein Sour Ale mit kräftigen Röstmalzen. Und auch noch richtig gut gemacht.

Zwart bier met schuim wat direct wegzakt. Smaak is ietwat zuur en fruitig met iets van bessen, chocolade en koffie.

Black with no head or carbonation. Aroma has chocolate cookies and berry juice. Flavour is quite tart. Also roasted. Blackberry juice in the finish.

Tap @ De Molen. Dark amber color. Caramel and a hint of brett in the aroma. Moderately sour, bretty flavor, almost dry. Metal and caramel.

Dark brown/black beer with brown foam. Roasty, notes of coffee along with tart vinous notes, wood. Taste is sour, roasty and bitter. Not very bad, a refreshing sour stout.

Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Alvinne / De Molen Aeolus & Morpheus ].Unclear - hazy dark brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, wine - red wine, wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, vinegar, tart, wood, wet wood, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
