B1. Pours clear, very dark red. Scent is strawberry, tropical, raspberry. Very lovely ! Taste is full, very intense, red fruits. Medium high acidity. Lovely raspberry finish. medium honey expression.

Sample @ BEERA bar, Riga Aroma has sweet and sugary berry juice and honey. Flavour has pretty intense berry juice, some honey. Somewhat tart berries and lingering juice in the finish. Intense and good.

Bottle at the SHIG parachutes in with beavers to the Boise Crew tasting: Poured a dark maroon with a white head. Aroma is berry, Raspberry, tangy. Taste is tangy, berries, raspberry, flavorful. Another fantastic mead by Schramm's.

Another stellar Schramms. Bottle at share. Deep ruby pour, flat. Raspberries are prevalaent throughout, with notes of sweet honey cropping up from time to time. Rasberry jelly jar. Sweet, smooth, excellent.
