Bottle at BBT 6/2023. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Lots of acetic acid right from the aroma, along with sherryish and dried fruity oxidation, along with med-light woodiness with no discernible wood character. In taste there is medium sourness, as said before, mostly acetic, balsamico, vinegary. Moderate sweaty horse character, slightly floral-fruity brettiness. Not bad, it is drinkable in small quantities, but I would not want more than a small taster. Lacks finesse, is just rough.

Bursztynowa barwa, piana wysoka, opada bez śladu.

Znakomite piwo.
