473ml can. Pours a clear ruby with a thin, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of red wine, apple juice, vinegar and faint cinnamon. Sweet fruity flavour of apple juice, raspberry, red wine and faint cinnamon in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light to medium body with a sticky texture and average to soft carbonation. A solid cider, but I was a little disappointed. They really didn't improve upon their original Haskap Cider. The spices used were too subtle.
