A soft and malty red lager beer.
Taste: The initial impression is a wave of herbaceous hops and a rich malt character, coating your tongue with a satisfying sweetness that whispers of toffee and buckwheat honey. Hints of biscotti emerge, adding a nutty depth that complements the lingering malt character beautifully.
Appearance: A dark ruby red beer with a light tan head.
Nose: Imagine the warmth of freshly baked rye bread crust mingling with hints of toasted almonds.

0.44 l can from 'Mr. Hop', canned in January 2024. Almost clear, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, slightly malty, minimally roasty aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and burnt bread crust with a touch of red fruits. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and a little roasty taste of caramel, toasted nuts, red fruits and some burnt bread crust, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very decent red lager, quite classic, fairly well-balanced.

44cl can bought at the brewery. Pours deep amber with a modest, off-white head. Malty and caramelly with herbal notes, dried fruits and hints of bread and biscuits. Medium sweet with malty and slightly fruity flavours and a lightly bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
