Backlog. Hazy reddish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head, which leaves some lace. Quite rich carbonation. Aroma is tart fruits, berries, some mild vinegary acidity with mild elderflower and rosehips too. A bit cinnamon lurking. Flavour is tart fruits and berries with some acidity and a bit cinnamon and clove Somewhat Christmassy feel to it.

Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: very fruity, sourish impression, hint of vinegar, lots of citrus, zesty, a bit dusty, a little oxidized, woody touch. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, vinegar, lemon juice, sour, dry, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: very sour, lemony, lots of vinegar, more lemony, peppery, meh, ok but not great.

Draught @ Patrick's Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, fruitiness, vinegar. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long slightly dry tart, citrus, fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

Bottle @home. Ramata, velata, schiuma bianco-sporca leggera. Al naso note di prugna, mele cotogne, erbe balsamiche, spezie, leggero acetico. In bocca è molto acida, tagliente, con punte acetiche, frutta rossa, citrica, tart, in chiusura emerge la speziatura con note di erbe officinali e balsamiche, un po' coperta dall'esuberanza acida. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Spigolosa, non del tutto a fuoco.

KØLF 231020. Red amber color with no head. Aroma is plum, brett, sourness. Flavor is plum , brett, sourness, spices, red wine. Nice beer.

Bottle. Almost clear reddish orange body under a small off-white head. Aroma of overripe plum, almost a bit rotten, rubber, wet dog and spiced red vine. Seems perhaps not like any nice thing to smell, but it’s not in a bad way. Taste is more ordinary than aroma, but far from my everyday session beer. It’s acidic red berries, some general fruitiness, plum and Christmas spices. Sure, quite interesting but I find it to messy actually.

Ripsrød. Litt bobleskum som forsvinner raskt. Uklar. Aroma av syrlige bær. Smaken veldig syrlig. Stikkelsbær. Ekstremt tørr avslutning.

Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. 2012er version. Smooth fruity sourish beginning. Woody with cherries, fruity. Only hints of spices, the fruity soft sourness is in the back. Drinkable but not too special.

Starke Karbonisierung. Kräutrig säuerlicher Beginn, süffig, etwas hefig, weihnachtlich. Säuerlich kräutriger Mittelteil, minimal herb, langer Abgang. Ausgewogen, nicht übertrieben kräutrig. 10/9/8/10/9/9
