Clurichaun's Mischief was originally crafted as a special small batch stout for Irish Fest 2022 at Twelve Percent Beer Project. We scaled it up to a proper size and what did not make it into barrels was rested on Coffee, Cacao nibs, vanilla, and Irish Cream Flavor (Dairy Free). Keep a close watch on your vintage beer or wine collection, you never know when the Clurichaun’s mischief will lead him down into your cellar.

473ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, brown head. Relatively cautious, sweet-ish, slightly roasty, dark malty and slightly caramel malty, minimally spicy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, vanilla, hints of coffee, cocoa, weak fruity and spicy overtones with a touch of blueberry, cinnamon, cherry, nuts, toffee. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty, fruity and slightly alcoholic, minimally spicy, notes of vanilla, cocoa, dark chocolate, some toffee, blueberry, honey, cherry, plum wine; warming, alcoholic finish. Viscous texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, very fine, dense, soft carbonation. Rich and intense, complex, maybe a tad too boozy - pretty good.

Can. Black pour with a tuck brownish foam. Nose: chocolate, cocoa, spirit. Mouth: some bitterness rather appreciated in a pastry stout. Cherry liquor.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma colore cappuccino medio-leggera.

Roast, vanilla, coffee. Oily consistency. Black pour with decent head. A little booze. Good balance, sweet but not too sweet. Mostly bitter on finish. Can.
