Taste is tangy, tart, perry pear, with zesty citrus, tannins, some funk hints and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Palate is sharp and tart, fizzy carbonation, Lingering pickle.

Nose is tangy pears, hedgerow, grains, light sugar snap, yeast notes. Taste comprises bitter sweet pears, tannins, grass, hedgerow, light farmyard nip, straw, balsa wood, hint of champagne yeast. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, light drying close with a tarte orchard edge. Solid refreshing sparkling perry.
