P House draught, 10/30/24. Unfiltered light haze. Soft peachy-bronze. Small, white head. Soft florals, lightly fruity peaches, pears, apples. No gross resin, iced tea or caramel. Just biscuit and white bread-like malt. Clean. Soft, malty, good attenuation and depth. Juicy, fruity, moderately bitter. Super balanced. Maybe a touch sweet as the glass wears on. Two excellent 3Fs beers in a row! WTF is going on!!!??

Pours with a nice resiny pine nose. Hazy brass color, noticeably darker at the center. Foam is nice on the lip before it lets in the beer, lightly malty, and though the hop load is pretty good-sized, it's nicely matched. Alpha acids linger on the tongue.

Pours a slightly hazy copper. The aroma is hoppy with tropical fruit. The flavor has ample bitter hops with malty, tropical fruit sweetness. Medium body. Lingering bitterness. Very good.

Draught @ George Keeley, Manhattan (Mar 2024). Clear rich golden/light amber with a foamy beige head, very faint citrus peel aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter resinous malt forward taste, lightly piney, thin smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Balanced and smooth IPA.

One of a number of IPAs obtained from Half Time recently, I have a 12 oz can ready to go. My glass of choice for the evening is a tulip, I pull the tab and tilt the can for a pour. A semi-clear, yellow-gold liquid with heroic carbonation and a full, totally white head. The scent is hops and some tropical. The taste improves on the nose, there is plenty of pine, mango, grain, malt, some grassiness and a fine amount of bitterness. The beer strikes me as something of a WC/NE styles hybrid. Good or even better but not outstanding.

Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has pine and a bit of citrus rind with a touch of rind and grain backing. Flavor has light pine and mango with growing citrus and a bit of dankness in the finish.

Pine, grapefruit peel, wood smoke, milk, and biscuit malt aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet citrus, lightly smoky biscuit malt, and moderately bitter pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body.

Golden with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. Bitter, floral, citric and a bit boozy. Long finish. Medium body.
