Our California Common is amber in color, with notes of toast & Graham Cracker and a hint of caramel from the malts used. The traditional Northern Brewer hops add an herbal quality, along with a touch of mint, while the warm-fermented lager yeast adds a subtle fruitiness. The beer has a moderate bitterness. appropriate to the style.
