SAY...PLAY! At Full Moon Brewworks, we're putting a couple new spin on IPA's. Make sure it crushed and thirst quencher in the Tropical island, just here in Phuket.
You'll get "Crisper" IPA without getting too far from lager, but still get the great flavor of Barbe Rough, Talus, Citra, and Mosiac in the modern IPA should be.
We made it in "Ultra Low-Carb." with only 2.5g of carb. and less than 90 calories per 330ml serve (compare to 15g-18g on ordinary beers) without giving up on IPA flavours. Say...Goodbye to beer belly.
Also, awarded "BRONZE" in "American IPA" at World Beer Awards 2022 in the United Kingdom.

330ml bottle from Big C Market Pantip, Chiang Mai. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, melon. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light watery, mineral melon, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cloudy golden yellow with a tall white frothy head of medium retention. Tropical fruit (guava, lychee), citrus, pale malt. Rather dry. Light to medium bitterness. Low carbonation. Pretty drinkable.

Entre pajiza y dorada nebulosa, de espuma media. Aroma lupulado herbal, resinoso. En boca punzante de carbonatación cuerpo ligero y agradable sabor de predominio lupulado, de notas resinosas y ahora más frutales con pomelo y piña principalmente. Amargor entre moderado y pronunciado según avanza el trago. Agradable y muy bebible.

Shortlived white head,; hazy orangey-golden beer. Bit perfumey, rosewater, soft "spekken" sweets, sucade. Slight acidity, rosewater and a fleeting bitterness in the background. Flat, seems also a bit oxydized. Dried orangepeel. Light, but unfortunately also empty. Not really an IPA in my book. Then - what is a "cold" IPA ? - a lager with the wrong yeast and the wrong hops? Txs to Joren!
