0,33 flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad i Rantzausgade, i lejligheden 09.11.18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. I likhet med deres Yuzu Pale Ale er også denne overkarbonert, noe som igjen gjør det vanskelig å få et fullverdig inntrykk. Slett ikke så søt og creamy som jeg forventet etter å ha lest hva etiketten hadde å si om ingrediensene: "Hazy, murky creamy and juicy New England style IPA. It's been kettle soured with our own culture of lactobacillus and spiced up with marshmallows and vanilla." Jeg opplever den som særdeles frisk, slank og syrlig. Drikkbarheten hadde økt med noe lavere karbonering. Bottled 240518, best before 241118.

Bottle 33 cl. Straw-yellow color, white foam. Aroma: slightly sour, lemon, flowers or vanilla, some fruits. Taste: slightly sour, lime, fruity, a little bit tart, lime zest, drinkable.

Clear golden colour with large White head.Aroma is mild sour with note of vanilla and candy sweet and lively with fresh taste and mild finish.

In der Nase sehr sehr fruchtig, heftige Grapefruit lässt ein sehr kratzig trockenes Bier erwarten. Im Trunk sauer, Grapefruit, süß, garnicht kratzig, im Gegenteil, süffig. Ein Hauch Marshmallow ist auch dabei. Interessantes Potpourri allerlei Geschmäcker.

Tap @ Koht. Lightly cloudy golden, not that much foam on the top. Nose has lots of vanilla, pastry-like character there. Fruity and somewhat tart. Taste is mainly sour, light vanilla and some lacto, good sourness and has still enough hops. Refreshing and quite tasty, better than I thought it would be. Quite liking this actually.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a medium-sized lasting white head. Aroma is vanilla, passion fruit. Taste is sour and hoppy, citrus, vanilla. Again I’m surprised by how expensive this brewery’s beers our. This wasn’t worth 500 roubles.

0,33l bottle from Pien, Espoo. Hazy golden beer with medium head. Aroma has citrus and other fruits, sour. Taste has citrus, flowers, hops with other fruits also. Fresh and refreshing beer.

Bottle. Thanks priit. Pours hazy golden. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, citrus, burnt notes. Flavor is sweet, sour, fruits, citrus, oranges, passion. Finish is passion sour. Overall: ok.
