Rebendita is a milkshake passion fruit IPA, with sweet notes of malt and lactose where lots of passion fruit from Madeira island were added. In dry hopping Citra and Mosaic American hops gives a powerfull aroma and balanced bitterness.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 30.06.2027) im 2026-05 getrunken. Dieses orange, trübe Ale zeigt in der Nase nur schwache Passionsfrucht Aromen, aber dafür mehr ein grünen Hopfen-Charakter. Am Gaumen ist diese grüne Hopfennote dann deutlicher mit harzigen Hopfenaroma und Bitterkeit. Als Frucht ist nur noch weiße Grapefruit-Haut zu entdecken. Am Ende wird es immer bitterer. Nein das ist nicht mein Ale!

Bière bue à Porto au Letraria. Robe trouble orangée, coiffée d’une mousse blanche. Nez expressif sur le fruit de la passion, avec une touche lactée et un fond malté. Attaque gourmande, texture medium, belle présence du houblon mêlée à une douceur fruitée. L’amertume arrive en finale, légère mais suffisante pour équilibrer l’ensemble. C’est aromatique, harmonieux, très plaisant à boire. Hautement appréciable — et oui, clairement le genre de bière qui donne toujours envie d’y revenir !

0,33 belønning etter levadatur, på balconasen i Funchal: nesten helt klar gylden med ok skum. Citrusparade (takket være Chinook, Cascade, Citra og Mosaic) og et akseptabelt lactosenivå med fin bitterhet i avslutningen. Og enda et nytt portugisisk bryggeri for statistikken min! Fra Peter Store rett rundt hjørnet fra hotellet.

330ml bottle, gift from a friend who visited Maderia. Pours cloudy orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of passion fruit, lactose, hops & malt. Medium body. Light bitter finish. Highly enjoyable
