as "Perlenbacher ufiltreret lager" same graphics abv 4.9, brewed in Germany acc. to can

hazy yellow, huge light yellow head
dry dusty, sawdusty, cheap-hoppy aroma, but also full bodied and some hay straw and malts so not a watery metallic industrial aroma at all. Aroma on par with other industrial unfiltered lagers, probably even a tiny bit better.
mouthfeel is kinda soft but flavor is def. watery , slightly sort of wheaty, good bready dryish malty bitterness, good herbal pils type hops to round off the bitterness in a serious way. pretty solid unfiltered lager flavor overall, good body, not overly quenching, but chewwy and with some flavor. the watery felling is probably mainly due to a seriously low carbonation.

50cl can from Lidl.
Hazy enough for an unfiltered lager. Grainy, bit dusty. Pretty good actually. Light bodied.

Sieht zunächst gut aus mit stabiler Schaumkrone, schmeckt aber leider ziemlich dumpf, nahezu kein Aroma, sehr wässriger Körper.

Can, 4.9%. Bready aroma with a whiff of old butter. Cloudy yellowish colour. Small white head. The flavour is ok fruity with a faint yeast note. Fairly low bitterness. Tastes better than it smells.

Can. Pours hazy pale straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of citrus and hops. Bitter, hoppy and dryish flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy and metallic aftertaste with estery touches. Drinkable but not much more than that.

500 ml can. Vibrant orange yellow cloudy with a fluffy head. Wine grapes and dry white wine, grainy, zesty, vanilla, grassy hops. Mild dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry grainy zesty bittersweet finish. Wow, this is very good for a Perlenbacher!

0.5 l can from local 'LIDL', best before October 2024. Very hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, hay and some grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, hay and some lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent lager, way better than expected!
