Draught at Skaal, Sønderborg. Vanilla and white wine aroma, Nelson Sauvin, perhaps. Or maybe barrel. Faint dill note. Hazy golden colour. No head. The flavour is acidic with a good vanilla and dill note.

Bottle, 375ml. A hazy orangey beer with a small white head. The aroma has lots of citrusy aromas, some piney hints, with melon notes, berries, grapes and a very light funk. Hints of pale malts too. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, quite dry, with some lemony hints. Tannins too. Citrusy, piney flavor with some maltyness in the back. Hay, leather, barnyard and generic funk. Some bitterness kicking in towards the very end, but it's mostly on the sour, tart side. Anyway, sure a fine brew, but a bit edgy perhaps. 231201
