Bottle 375ml @ yngwie. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, funk, oak and citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky, citric acid and light fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours nearly clear golden with airy white head. Intense herbal aroma with notes of hops and wild yeast. Intense dry flavour of wild yeast, with touches of malt and hoppy notes. Dry, estery aftertaste. Decent.
