Draught @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Cool Head Brew Sour Head Ginger ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, apple - ginger, moderate to heavy ginger - sweet ginger - tart ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, ginger, ginger bread, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170408] 4-3-4-3-7

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh sour-ish, grass, ginger, minerals, hay, sorrel, old cellar, citrus acid. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, ginger, grass, citrus acid, minerals, hay, sour berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel with a nice gingery bite. Nice enough.

Hazy orange color, lots of bubbles, small white head. Aroma has sweetness and ginger. Also raisin-like, almost like Finnish sima. Light-bodied, watery. Light tartness, citrus, ginger is there but sourness covers it quite well. Ginger is not my thang and this is also too watery for my liking.
